How to use My Account?

 

In order to get a better account experience, it is strongly recommended that you subscribe to the Newsletter of the sbeovri website.
1. You first need to open the sbeovri webpage, and then register an account using your email address through the Account link at the top of the webpage.
2. After successful registration, you can view Order history, manage delivery address, view wishlist, and checkout on the Account page.
3. If you want to reset your password, you can click the "Forgot your password" link on the login page and then reset your password.
4. If you encounter login issues, please try clearing your browser's cookies and cache, then attempt to log in again.
5. If you want to check the shipping status of your order, you can click the "Order Tracking" link at the top or bottom of the webpage, and then enter the "Order Number", "Email or Phone Number" or "Tracking Number".
